Join us on October 27 at the Stewart McCord Museum to discover three powerful stories highlighting complex and inspiring LGBTQ+ identities.

Femme (2023) by Sam H. Freeman and Ng Choon Ping – Dive into Jules’ quest for revenge after a violent homophobic attack, leading to a gripping encounter in a gay sauna.

This is Ballroom (2024) by Juru and Vitã – A vibrant tribute to the Brazilian ballroom scene, a space of creativity and resistance for LGBTQ+ and non-white people in a repressive society.

Meman (2023) by Sterling Hampton IV – Discover the fascinating story of Andre Chambers, a 58-year-old Black queer man, emergency nurse, leather titleholder, and civil rights activist.
